Stay comfortably in Ski Trails condo right across from the Village at Northstar. You have access to the NPOA Rec Center (with a fee) with a full fitness room, 3 pools (the lap pool stays open year round), 3 hot tubs, tennis & pickleball courts, and more. In the condo, the cozy bedroom and spacious couch with open concept dining and kitchen areas provides a comfortable retreat after a day exploring Tahoe and Northstar. Ski back to the condo for lunch, then ski back down to the gondola after.
Relax in the evening with views of the Village at Northstar below. Also enjoy amenities including FREE high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, and most of all, being just up from the main gondola to whisk you away to ski or snowboard on the mountain.

Rates range from low season all the way up to Winter holiday rates. Please choose your dates and fill out the form (click Send) below the Request to Book button for an up-to-date lodging quote. This is for your information only so you can decide if you want to proceed with booking. We have a range of options, from Ski Trails to Village at Northstar condos for you to choose from.
Cleaning fee: $145 per stay
All rates & cleaning are subject to 10% TOT tax + 1% NTBID fee
Refundable Damage / Cancellation* Deposit: $ 500
Cancellations must be made one month in advance (six weeks for Holidays), or the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit check will be sent back uncashed as long as there is no damage and NO SMOKING and NO PETS in this condo. Lodging checks will be cashed two weeks (four weeks for holidays) prior to your stay, and will not be refundable after that time.
Check in time is after 3:00 pm, and check out is BY 10:00 am. There is a $40 per hour charge PER HOUR for late check-outs past 10:00 am. Please DO NOT check in early or out late without checking wtih LTMV first....thank you in advance for your consideration.
