We have updated the Alpine Retreat condo with a spacious kitchen island that opens up to the living area for all to gather and an expanded bathroom with walk-in shower and 48" vanity. The new Queen sleeper sofa couch is incredibly comfortable for an extra sleeping area. On cool nights, relax with a good book or watch a movie near the stacked stone fireplace in the condo. And on warm nights, enjoy sitting on the deck off the living room with views of the nearby Village at Northstar. We also provide a variety of free DVD movies for our guests. In addition to the queen size bed in the bedroom, there is a queen size pullout couch in the living room.

Rates range from low season all the way up to Winter holiday rates. Please choose your dates and fill out the form (click Send) below the Request to Book button for an up-to-date lodging quote. This is for your information only so you can decide if you want to proceed with booking. We have a range of options, from Ski Trails to Village at Northstar condos for you to choose from.
Cleaning fee: $145 per stay
All rates & cleaning are subject to 10% TOT tax + 1% NTBID fee
Refundable Damage / Cancellation* Deposit: $ 500
Cancellations must be made one month in advance (six weeks for Holidays), or the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit check will be sent back uncashed as long as there is no damage and NO SMOKING and NO PETS in this condo. Lodging checks will be cashed two weeks (four weeks for holidays) prior to your stay, and will not be refundable after that time.
Check in time is after 3:00 pm, and check out is BY 10:00 am. There is a $40 per hour charge PER HOUR (deducted from the deposit check) for late check-outs past 10:00 am. Please DO NOT check in early or out late without checking wtih LTMV first....thank you in advance for your consideration.
