Great locations at Northstar in Ski Trails, ABOVE the Village so you can walk out the front door, grab your gear out of your private locked ski locker, and get right to the ski run. We are at the end of Coyote Fork, very close to the “Home Run” ski run and the new “Highlands Gondola”. Be sure to buy your lift ticket ahead of time and you can ski right down to the Highlands Gondola which takes you to mid-mountain, right next to the new Ritz Carlton. When you get off the gondola, grab a quick espresso at the casual MountainBlue Cafe at The Ritz. Or, enjoy a hearty breakfast at The Ritz's Manzanita Restaurant. Either option is a great start to a good day at Northstar Resort.
Ski home for lunch on the Coyote Fork ski run which runs right next to the condo complex. Totally remodeled, modern, open, well lit kitchen including Ceaser Stone countertops, Gas range/oven, disposal, and dishwasher. Convenient built-in counter seating seats 4. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, crock-pot, and more.

Rates range from low season all the way up to Winter holiday rates. Please choose your dates and fill out the form (click Send) below the Request to Book button for an up-to-date lodging quote. This is for your information only so you can decide if you want to proceed with booking. We have a range of options, from Ski Trails to Village at Northstar condos for you to choose from.
Cleaning fee: $65 per stay
All rates & cleaning are subject to 10% TOT tax
Refundable Damage / Cancellation* Deposit: $ 300
Cancellations must be made one month in advance (six weeks for Holidays), or the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit check will be sent back uncashed as long as there is no damage and NO SMOKING and NO PETS in this condo. Lodging checks will be cashed two weeks (four weeks for holidays) prior to your stay, and will not be refundable after that time.
Check in time is after 3:00 pm, and check out is BY 10:00 am. There is a $40 per hour charge PER HOUR (deducted from the deposit check) for late check-outs past 10:00 am. Please DO NOT check in early or out late without checking wtih LTMV first....thank you in advance for your consideration.
